You’ve found your new family photographer.

I’m the photographer that schedules around nap times, meets kids of all ages right where they’re at, works with even the grumpiest of family members without a problem (adults included!), can tell when the littles need a breather, talks about how yummy ice cream is with the toddler crowd (smiles galore!), suggests locations that have play structures or other interactive elements for younger kids to enjoy after photos are done, talks to kids honestly and clearly without bribing or fibbing and I create images with you that I want you to love forever.

Photo sessions with me are meant to be FUN. As a mom of two kids under six, one being neurodivergent, I know how stressful it can be just to get everyone dressed on time, let alone hold them still for photos. Try and check that stress at the metaphorical door. Big brother won’t wear the sweater you picked out today? I will encourage you to embrace it as best we can or get started on photos with other kids and family members first so that clothing can be adjusted without fuss. Kids are scattering everywhere just as soon as it seems like we’re ready to take a photo? Let’s run with it to start with and capture candid moments while they celebrate their kid-ness.

The point is, I’ve been photographing families and having my own family photographed for so long that I’ve noticed lots of patterns, what works, what doesn’t work, and how to keep things feeling easier than expected. My goal is to deliver you gorgeous photos, while leaving you with an experience that was positive for all.
